Delivery information
At present we are only able to post plants to England, Scotland and Wales.
As postal delivery of our plants is a new part of out business, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. Most orders will be sent out within a week, however sometimes plants wont be quite ready to leave us so need a little bit longer. Hopefully as time goes on we can make the process faster, but at present our priority is making sure our plants are the best available and reach you in perfect condition.

All plants priced at £2.00 and £2.50 will be sent in 9cm diameter pots. We use carbon pigment free pots which can be cleaned and placed into your kerbside recycling bin. Plants priced £5 will be in 1 Litre pots.

The plants will be packaged plastic free, in cardboard boxes, and sent by Royal mail 1st class. This means the plants should only spend one night in transit, but don't panic if they get delayed, they will be fine for a few days. Plants will always be dispatched Monday or Tuesday so we can ensure they will always reach you within the week.

Even when we accept an order and payment, we cannot guarantee every plant will be available. If there are any problems we will contact you to arrange substitution or issue a refund. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your plants please contact us as soon as they arrive. We cannot be held responsible for the health of plants once they are in your care.
When your plants arrive
When the plants arrive you may find they are a bit ruffled, and dry. Don't worry! Place them in indirect light, and give them a light watering (don't soak them). They will straighten themselves out in a day or so.

Once planted in the ground your plants will need regular watering until they have had a chance to establish their roots.
